1. Account Registration

By creating an Ifecore account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Buyer Accounts

Buyers may browse products and services, place orders, make payments, request consultations, and use other marketplace features available to buyers.

Buyers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and to use the marketplace responsibly.

3. Seller Accounts

Sellers may list and sell products through Ifecore subject to applicable marketplace rules and verification requirements.

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing.
Sellers must not intentionally list prohibited, fraudulent, counterfeit, or misleading products.
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling legitimate orders according to the marketplace workflow.
Seller accounts may be subject to verification and review before operating as approved sellers.

4. Consultant Accounts

Consultants may provide professional consultation services through the Ifecore consultation system.

Consultant registration does not automatically mean that the consultant is approved to provide services.
Consultant profiles may be reviewed by Ifecore before approval.
Consultants must provide accurate professional and service information.
Consultants must not falsely claim qualifications, experience, certifications, or professional expertise.
Consultants must communicate honestly and professionally with customers.
Consultants must provide services in accordance with the information presented on their approved profile.
Consultation requests, statuses, and payments must be handled through the applicable Ifecore consultation workflow.
Ifecore may reject, suspend, or deactivate a consultant account when marketplace rules or applicable requirements are violated.

5. Payments

Marketplace and consultation payments are processed through the payment methods made available by Ifecore. Users agree not to intentionally circumvent the platform's payment or transaction processes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use Ifecore for fraud, impersonation, harassment, deception, unauthorized transactions, or other unlawful activity.

7. Account Review and Verification

Ifecore may review accounts, profiles, products, and provider information to maintain marketplace safety, reliability, and compliance with platform requirements.

8. Account Suspension

If an account violates Ifecore rules or presents a significant marketplace risk, Ifecore may restrict, suspend, or deactivate access in accordance with its platform procedures.

9. Information Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and update information when necessary. Providing false or misleading information may result in account review or restriction.

10. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Ifecore Terms & Conditions and agree to follow the applicable rules for your selected account type.
